"I had Allstate for over 12 years for my home and auto but even with no claims on either my rates kept going up, i got to the point of having to add my daughter onto my auto insurance and it jumped drastically. i put in for a quote from State Farm and had the pleasure of being contacted by Charles Johnson, He gave me my quote which was a little higher on home but was significantly less on auto, I informed Charles that iwanted to give my current insurance company a chance to match or beat the offer, he told me to take my time, think it over and get back to him when i was ready, I appreciated that he was very friendly, courteous, and not pushy. After contacting my current insurance company and being told that there was nothing they could do iam proud to say that i have joined the State Farm Family and would like to thank Charles for making the process so easy."

The customer service team member (Charles) made sure I had an undertanding of each element of my insurance needs and the coverages by giving me a clear line by line detailed description. Most importantly, this agent offered me the best coverage with the lowest competitive premium price among all other competitors. Even though there has been a major increase with insurance across the globe; I know because my current auto insurance sky-rocketed without a warning, and I could no longer afford to pay the high premium. But, after many quotes from other major and minor insurance companies, I can truly and honestly say, without exaggerating, that Demetrius Barbee State Farm Agent is the most affordable of all other competitors. Now I have much more bang for my buck. For them, Its not just about making a sale but its also about satisfying the customer. I'm a greatful and happy customer."
